UC Merced Arts

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at events presented by UC Merced Arts, part of the University of California, Merced (“UC Merced,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing tickets through Vivenu or attending our events, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Ticket Purchases: All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Refunds are only issued in cases of event cancellation or significant rescheduling.Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.Complimentary admission for UC Merced students with valid ID and children is subject to availability and venue policies.
  2. Event Admission: UC Merced Arts and its partner venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for disruptive or unsafe behavior.Late seating is at the discretion of the venue’s house manager.Photography, video, or audio recording may be restricted. Attendees must comply with posted rules.
  3. Venue & Accessibility: Performances may be held at multiple venues, including the UC Merced campus and partner locations such as the Art Kamangar Center at the Merced Theatre and the Merced Multicultural Arts Center.Venues comply with ADA requirements. Specific accessibility accommodations may vary; please contact UC Merced Arts in advance with questions.
  4. Changes & Cancellations: UC Merced Arts reserves the right to change artists, programs, dates, and venues as necessary.In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered refunds or exchanges where possible.
  5. Liability: Attendance at events is at your own risk. UC Merced Arts, UC Merced, and The Regents of the University of California are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or lost/stolen items occurring at events, except as required by law.
  6. Intellectual Property: All event materials, including images, recordings, and promotional content, are the intellectual property of UC Merced Arts or its artists and may not be reproduced without permission.
  7. Privacy: Ticket purchases involve collection of personal data, which is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the policies of the Regents of the University of California.
