Merced Symphony Side-by-Side Spectactular

The Merced Symphony returns to UC Merced for its second annual Side-by-Side Spectacular, bringing together professional musicians with talented students from UC Merced and Merced College for an unforgettable evening of collaboration. Under the baton of conductor Ming Luke, the combined orchestra performs a dynamic program that flows from sweeping romanticism to electrifying Mexican rhythms. This celebration of shared artistry promises to be a highlight of the season — a joyful blend of mentorship, community, and world-class performance.

• Traditional: La Llorona (arr. Erick Giovanni)

• Camille Saint-Saëns: Danse Bacchanale

Tickets: 

• Orchestra Seating: $45 - enjoy a close-up view of the performance along with a complimentary reserved parking space and golf-cart ride to and from the Amphitheater.
• Lawn Seating: $15 - bring your picnic blankets and low-lying chairs for a more casual viewing experience.
• FREE Lawn Seating for Students & Children (reservation still required)
